American Rescue Plan

Big Coulee District has been allocated funds for eligible uses under the ARP Act that respond to the Covid-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impacts. However, as our District prepares to distribute these funds, we must know the needs of all our members, and to accomplish that, members must complete the Community Needs Analysis to qualify for ARPA assistance.
